They promote conflicts through abrasive mgmt tactics. They paid straight pay like not paying for overtime even though you worked 60 hours in the week. When questioned, they responded it's about loyalty to your employer. I responded its about following the law.
Suggestions for improvement
- Find experienced management who can communicate with staff and understand how a restaurant is run. Run management through intimidation. There are two other restaurants that where created from ex-employees who where fed up with the hoopla!
