Freedom to work independently
Employees have no real say.
We are communicated with as management see fit.
the work environment is predominately female with a lower pay scale.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I did not observe fairness in this area but rather favoritism.
No real chance for advancement.Once you are in a position, you never get out of it no matter how many other opportunities you apply for.
Overall compensation for your work
Low compensation.You don't make a living wage and are encouraged to seek part time employment or work overtime if available.
You are pressured to volunteer and become involved in company causes. In fact your annual review is based on your participation
The company's image is its most valuable asset beside its money. Their image is based on the back of the employees verses the company itself.
Employees are over worked

- You once were a respected organization that was a leader in the community but has unfortunately in recent years sold you soul to the Devil. Get back to basics and be the example in action, of extending the healing ministry of Christ. To all including your employees.
What I like about the company
The company is a business like any other. It is a job.If you want a secure job for long term, then this would be an ideal situation.
What I dislike about the company
The company boasts that they are not for profit and present themselves as a Spiritual organization and use this platform to justify their actions but the truth is they are all about the profits and hypocrites in regards to actually walking their talk.
