The company culture is mediocre.
Communication is lacking, and unfortunately a disconnect exists between management, employees, and human resources.
Diversity exists, but I never felt like my opinion mattered.
Suggestions for improvement
- I would like to see more training, better communication, and better customer service.
- Training goes too fast, and many employees were confused, lost, or just scared. Human Resources has a hard time retaining employees, and this needs to be addressed. Fidelis Care needs to spend more time giving great customer service, and less time eliminating employees.
