Suggestions for improvement
- Staff appropriately in some departments
Not everyone is bought in to what executive leadership is trying to do. And it's such a big company, that it's hard to enforce that new culture.
Abby & her team care -- I really think they do. But somewhere down the line, someone is road-blocking real communication, and I don't think Abby and her team actually hear our voices. I think we have a mid-management culture of "yes," who doesn't challenge the status quo, and doesn't help us make real change.
