Suggestions for improvement
- Allow phone reps to participate fully in Educational and informational seminars. Get away from having customer service be so metrics driven.
What I like about the company
They have a great cafeteria with lots of healthy optipns. There is an onsite state of the art gym. The benefits are generous. They allow seasoned associates to work from home
What I dislike about the company
Phone reps aren't able to participate fully in all the great educational and informational seminars because they won't let you get off the phones. Very rigid metrics driven culture. If you get a less than perfect call evaluation, they count it against you even if all you did was transfer the call. Only some individuals get stock options, instead of offering them to all associates. It's random and they won't share how the decision is made. Although the co.encourages diversity and tolerance in expressing gender, cultural differences, etc, you aren't allowed to talk about God, politics, or even say the word gun lest someone get their feelings hurt.
