Support from management
That does not exist the management only is concerned that you don't bother them from doing their job . They don't back you up if their is any situation with your work they only complain when the work is not done. They don't seem to have knowledge of their own department or concern of learning what exactly each employees duties are.
If management is not aware of employees duties how can they train them to progress .
Overall compensation for your work
Not enough pay for all the work that is assigned.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management should train if coming from the outside because they have no clue what each desk does . So if you bring someone from the outside you should give them some kind of training so they can managed the department efficiently. So they don't just dictate they actually know what's going on. And stop turning a blind eye every time they make mistakes. It should be addressed just like It is when hourly employees make mistakes.
What I like about the company
The employees are very dependable and dedicated even though they are not being treated fairly any longer because of poor management.
What I dislike about the company
They don't make new management accountable for their mistakes. If they can't do the job they're hired to do and you know it it should be addressed because that makes good employee leave. .
