Suggestions for improvement
- Managers should be screened a little more at hiring so they can be weeded out if their grammar is bad or if they talk about religion a lot. This is a bank come on
What I like about the company
Was hired by a manager who transferred right away and was training without a manager at my location. Everyone- peers and supervisors, even people from other locations helped teach me everything without me even having to ask. Goals are challenging but attainable and theres always someone to take you under their wing if youd like to advance. Great hours and comfortable work environment.
What I dislike about the company
Communication between managers could be stronger. Communication between market managers and lowest level employees could be opened up more. Maternity leave wasnt a big issue for me, but it seems like there arent many options for an expectant or new mother... just to take your short term disability, which isnt full pay and isnt muxch time off. Job sharing should be considered, and more flexible hours for employees with positions who are able to do work out of the office.
