Suggestions for improvement
- Stop allowing customers to verbally abuse your employees. Constant belligerence will lose good employees who cannot and should not have to continue to be cursed at and screamed at call after call. Enforce Managers to take the calls we are told to send to them instead of just telling us to basically suck it up buttercup.
Stop taking benefits away from only certain departments, fairness is a great attribute.
