Suggestions for improvement
- Department (not units within each department) should have one dedicated complaint receiving, logging, and tracking group instead of individual supervisor or manager facilitating each.
What I like about the company
Benefits are average, secure / comfortable working environment, opportunities to meet great people.
What I dislike about the company
Meager workforce makes for a grueling / strenuous job. Systems are dated and coworkers work in silos.
