It’s a strong sales culture. And they are very numbers and goal orientated.
Suggestions for improvement
- They say the customer is the the center of our focus, but at the end of the day management behaviors prove that numbers matter more. I’d like to see a change in culture that encourages ethical behavior and customer focus.
What I like about the company
My team is like a family. We are a tight knit group and we all get along really well together.
What I dislike about the company
I think they are to numbers focused at the expense of the customer. The company wants to hit higher goals all the time, and I think it encourages unethical behavior among the employees who are trying to meet those goals in order to receive bonuses.
