Suggestions for improvement
- Learn what happens in a branch. Every branch has different types of cliental. Let bankers do what's right for the client, not just offer a new product you want sold! Go for quality not quantity!!!
What I like about the company
I think 5/3 has great incentives for being an employee.
What I dislike about the company
I don't like how every branch is suppose to be streamlined and the same. people like the feel of a local bank where employees know them! Upper management at an executive level. They don't care about ther people, they care about numbers and I don't think they care how people obtain them. It's basically a revolving door and not much career opportunity here locally.
