I like about the employer
The ability to move up if you really want to.
I dislike about the employer
Product Pushers. It is all about hitting the numbers, all the time. It is exhausting trying to hit the seemingly unattainable goals, and even when you do, you don't feel appreciated for it. The rat race begins again as soon as the new month rolls over. For the pressure they put on you, and the amount they pay, it is not worth the stress and frustration.
