The company culture in the Chicago branch definitely needed improvement. Too many employees saying things that should not be said and was upsetting to dedicated employees such as myself

No they do not. There were goals that had to be met, but most of use could not make our personal goals.
There were only a few of us that believed in teamwork. teamwork is what really helps in a stressful work enviroment
