The company culture in the Chicago branch definitely needed improvement. Too many employees saying things that should not be said and was upsetting to dedicated employees such as myself
Support from management
No they do not. There were goals that had to be met, but most of use could not make our personal goals.
There were only a few of us that believed in teamwork. teamwork is what really helps in a stressful work enviroment

No, we were constantly micro managed
communication was excellent
yes, most definitely.
Attitude towards older colleagues
yes, they do hire elderly workers. I cannot answer the 2nd part of this question because I do not know how these people of treated or supported
the company does offer opportunity for advancement or growth, however they seem to pick and choose who they would like to see advance their career.
Overall compensation for your work
I definitely was not compensated fairly for the work I did, however their benefits were awesome
Office / Work Environment
our office work environment was very poor because of all of the negativity from other employees
yes, they did have a recycle bin at our office location
fifth third was very generous with time off, but while needing to work 6 days a week and long hours due to workload and expectations, family life was impossible. I never felt peer pressure to work more hours.
I was proud to work for fifth third. I always took my work seriously
I did not feel stability. there were always employees being laid off or let go.
yes. they are very aware of people with disabilities and they do provide for these people.
the environment was safe however I do not recall training to prevent accidents in the workplace
the work at many times became challenging and I was usually proud of the work I produced.
Inclusive / Diverse
some of out opinions and ideas are supported and they are very generous to the employee if they like your ideas/opinions and can utilize them. There is a separate department strictly for new ideas and opinions

- management needs to be fair and all be on the same page
