Management had everybody stressed out
Support from management
Poor management. They put a lot of pressure on us, and did not spread the work evenly.
Co-workers worked as a team
Freedom to work independently
The work load was not spread out.
We were informed, but there was no reassurance, praise, encouragement or insentive
We were just a number
Attitude towards older colleagues
I was there for 24 years, and was not appreciated.
Company did not offer
Overall compensation for your work
Benefits started off good, but were lessoned as the years past
Office / Work Environment
They gave vacation days, then took them away.
No one really likes upper management, and were very unhappy.
Employees were made to feel replaceable, there was no security
Yes they did have accessibility
It is a safe office.
I was proud of the work I did, but was not allowed to work overtime, and had such a huge work load, I wasn't always able to complete, so it day to day. I was always stressed.

Suggestions for improvement
- Restructure management
What I like about the company
The first 10 years I worked for Fila, there was a great management team, better benefits, and respect.
What I dislike about the company
The management team has no respect for its employees, they pile the work on, and expect people to complete it with no overtime. Vacation time was cut, and insurance was more expensive.
