Suggestions for improvement
- Allow employees to participate in the review of their co-workers performance. Current reviews are solely at the disgretion of one person that may or may not have direct interaction, or may have a personality conflict with someone that is actually one of the best team players.

Inequalities in pay and paid time off. People who aren't part of the 'clique' are treated poorly and pushed out by higher ranked employees.
