Depends on the department that you are in.
Freedom to work independently
work is distributed by ability to complete tasks. Most employees are commission so if you work hard you have many opportunities to make money
Attitude towards older colleagues
senior workers are considered for hire. Employees with lots of years served do not seem to be treated any differently than the employee that was just hired.
Not really room for advancement. It's a small company and those in management positions don't seem to be going anywhere
Overall compensation for your work
Benerfits are excellent. Most the employees are have a base salary plus commission. For those without commission salaries leave a bit to be desired.
Office / Work Environment
Nice office conditions. Do their best to maintain a safe, clean area
Works with a personal paid leave. You earn your time off with hours put in. As long as you schedule your time off there is no problem. Not very understanding about unexpected difficulties.
As long as you come in each day you are pretty much gauranteed your job. Very few people are terminated.
If you like to look back over your day and see all that you accomplished you will do well. If you want for individual recognition from superiors probably going to leave you wanting

- More consistency within management about how policies are to be enforced.

Excellent benefits. Consistent work schedules.
What I dislike about the company
Little room for advancement. Management makes rules but does not consistently enforce them - appears to be playing favorites
