- Fink's Jewelers Inc12.Nov 2015
There are two seperate classes of employee here. The sales associate and the office staff. The sales associate is put on a pedestal while the office staff does all the grunt work and gets no reward for it while being treated like lower class people.
Support from management
Store management and cooperate level management were degrading and unsupportive of their staff when situations didn't benefit them.
Jewelry stores should work as a team. Individuals were out for themselves and management placed ineffective solutions to ease workplace confrontations.
See above. Management demands respect for their authority but withholds respect for their employees as human beings.
Attitude towards older colleagues
There is no chance for advancement.
Especially if you are hired as office staff.
Office / Work Environment
See above. If you're not in sales, you're not treated well.
This is a high end jewelry store. Hold ups at gun point are common place.
Inclusive / Diverse
The team was 100% white women at the Northlake (now Birkdale) Fink's Jewelers
