Again if you can put up with teenage gossip, this could be the job for you
Office / Work Environment
Very noisy when a grieving family comes in. Crying can be heard up the stairs. Sales area not closed off, open to all people and staff walking thru.
I was continually asked to work hours but scolded if I put my time in. Required call nights.
Not allowed to go thru certain doors
No trianning for accidents
Challenging in the degree of no support from upper management. No training
Inclusive / Diverse
They say they do, but don't stand by what they say. Much high school gossip among management.
