Claimed to be family oriented but refused to work with one's personal needs. Forcing one to take an occurrence for time of rather than approving it when requested weeks in advance. Asking employees to show their personality, then coaching that a personality was not condusive to their "culture".
Support from Management
Unrealistic, non motivational, clicky. Made it known if they were not fond of an individual. Coaching was more of a bashing on one's character.
