Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the people that are in the stores that see things as they are in the store so that appropriate changes can be made when needed. It should also be noted that compensation should match the job description with proper qualifications. Support is needed from upper management.
What I like about the company
Enjoyed some of the people that I worked with.
What I dislike about the company
The company does not stand behind employee/management descions. Nor do they support ideas expressed by store level employees. Promotions are based on personal relationships with upper management, not qualifications. There is no work life balance.
