- Improve morale, stop firing and laying off people.
Highly stressful and competitive.
The culture died with the mergers.
If you like profanity, you'll get cursed out daily here.
Apparently, there is an "I" in team. No one will help you!
Passing the buck is part of the culture here.
There is no communication. Too many chiefs. They're killing the Indians!
There are very few women in executive leadership.
