Suggestions for improvement
- An increase in staffing to support daily department tasks.
What I like about the company
The company supports and encourages internal mobility. My current role was created for me as an opportunity for career growth. I have been provided with the tools and resources to succeed.
What I dislike about the company
Staffing needs are not always addressed as efficiently as they should. When additional responsibilities are assigned to a department, the issue of available staff should be the number one priority. There are only so many hours in the day. While the work is challenging, it is often time difficult to multitask in getting all of the work done.
