Suggestions for improvement
- Management should have more knowledge of "good practices" of management and more control of their own branches.
- Do not make promises that you can't keep and then lie about offering a job offer in the future to avoid being sued.
What I like about the company
Nice corporate structure, pays well with great benefits.
What I dislike about the company
I never felt secure although I was promised that I was I wasn't. I was lured away from a very secure job only to be laid off 9 months later. I felt I had been lied to and totally undervalued.
