The president of the bank himself makes a point to ask all new employees, after their training and introductory period, what they think of the company and if anything could be done better. If a good idea is presented to him, or any superior, they make it happen.

Totally open communication between everyone. Conflict was a non issuse because any issues were delt with before ever getting to a point of conflict. Everyone involved, regardless of position or seniority was given fair consideration.
