Support from management
Leadership team seems to really care. Open door policy.
Great support in helping our client's customers. If we don't have the answer, we will find it and it will be accurate.
For the most part communication is great. If your lead doesn't have an answer for you they will do their best to get that information to you. Time off request, HR concerns, anything. Expectations of the client is constantly being brought up, surveys to obtain our opinions and suggestions are offered.
Office / Work Environment
You are provided with a work station. It's not the most comfortable but they do allow you to bring in your own ball or chair to use. A suggestion would be they provide monitor stands that allow the agent to sit or stand in a healthy position throughout the day.
While meeting the needs of our clients is top priority, Fcr is diligent in understanding its employees do have lives and families outside of work. Things occur that just can't be helped. Fcr will do everything they can to help its employees meet those needs.
Hey it's an outsource call center! While Fcr will do everything it can to keep valuable employees, sometimes a client will not need as many agents or it's needs will change. I personally have been laid off a couple of times for this reason, but Fcr did what they could to find me a new program to work on to keep me on their payroll. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work out that way.
Suggestions for improvement
- Weekly pay rather than biweekly would be awesome! Monitor stands that allow agents to stand or sit at their work stations throughout the day would be helpful for our health.
What I like about the company
Working at Fcr is like being worth family. My leadership team and colleagues are wonderful.
What I dislike about the company
It's not really something I dislike as it's just the nature of the business; job security at Fcr is not guaranteed because it is an outsource center basing needs on what each client needs.
