Support from management
Management team is understanding to most situations. Employees are very involved with how the company is ran is aspect to making the job more fun or comfortable. All management team has an open door.
Tons of resources available. Co-workers always willing to help each other out, whether it be taking over a call or educating each other.
Office / Work Environment
Each year the company does a employee survey asking what they can do to make our jobs more comfortable. When all the surveys are complete, the management team and CEOs gather and discuss topics brought up by the employees and try to accommodate those requests to the best of their ability.
Fcr is Very Family oriented. Program managers will do their best to meet your scheduling needs while balancing the needs of production. If you're experiencing personal issues, they are always more than willing to work with you whether you need time off or if you need a little gas money, even Christmas presents for your child.
This is an outsource center. Sometimes a client will over hire or a need isn't currently present. But if you are committed and do your best, the program managers and site director will do their very best to find another program to place you on.
What I like about the company
Fcr is committed to their employees. They understand if employees are happy, the client is happy.
What I dislike about the company
There isn't really anything I can say that I don't like about Fcr. It's the best company I've ever worked for or been a part of.
