They have a trainer but don't train the new people. Figure it out yourself

If you are a woman you don't want to work here. The men are paid more even if you are more qualified than they are.

- Equal pay for equal work.
What I like about the company
Very clean, new facility, people are friendly.
What I dislike about the company
Good old boys attitude even though a woman is in charge. Bonus only once a year and you have to wait a year to get it. That is when most people leave.
