- Remember customer service, and that a bank's role is to help the customer with their financial decisions. Not take advantage of them.
What I like about the company
That they were bought out by another institution
What I dislike about the company
Only upper management make any decisions. You are constantly threatened with the loss of your job if enough business is not generated. Think Wells Fargo.
