Suggestions for improvement
- The company should support resource employees who will be willing to sign a bond to further their education which support career progress
managers dont know anything, they have to go to their bosses for direction. VP's are making decisions on employees they have no connection with.
no time for team work. over worked and under paid. no time to cross train team members. on call all the time
CIO says one thing and VP's do another thing with employees. causes lots of stress and people are looking to leave.

They allow the HR department to bully employees and that makes for an unbearable environment to work in.
