Suggestions for improvement
- I have no suggestions.
Their upper management/trainers need retraining. They made you feel unappreciated
Most or the management forgot that they were just employees before they were supervisors or leads
Programs change and end. Most employees get place in different departments without much notice face pay cuts.....and or loss of upper position.
The offer of wages isn't basic enough to survive off of. Most first data employees have second jobs to make ends meet.....
Continual revolving door for ineffective managers who had no management training, with the company's idea of bringing in management from outside the company, causing the employees to have 2-3 managers in a year, who were new to the company/team.
A number of layoffs targeted senior colleagues, making finding another career job a challenge for them or remaining unemployed.
