More management driven
Freedom to work independently is never happened. As management drives the wheel and change your views always

Culture is two faced, they speak about being a "family" and "team" yet pit employee against employee and management cares not about their employees as you can be easily replaced.
Management was never around, constantly in meetings, unfriendly, corrupt in the fact that they covered for department favorites and seemed more interested in trying to advance their own position than helping employees under them. They did not know how to do the jobs of the departments they managed and went very much by the most extreme interpretation of the policy handbook. Even though the term "management discression" was in the policy, they did not waver regardless of a persons individual circumstances.
