Support from management
In my opinion, I got zero support from management. I feel as my work ethics were not a good match for those of upper management. I feel the communication was little to none. I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement and managed my office with this technique. I believe one should express praise to their employees when praise is due rather than only pulling employees in to be reprimanded and/or terminated. I feel happy, well appreciated employees equals productive employees. My management style did not make a good fit with this particular organization nor was it accepted by upper management in my opinion.
In my particular office I always praised and encouraged teamwork. Although in my opinion, my efforts were mute as those whom were favored had their own set of rules and agendas.
Freedom to work independently
In my opinion, freedom is not a word I would ever use to describe my experience with this organization, between the eye(s) in the sky & interpretations of those watching,
In my opinion, only communication is the internal clique. Anything outside of that, remains a mystery. I was in management & in my experiences, I was usually informed of all upper management decisions about 5 minutes before they took place.

Attitude towards older colleagues
Through my experience, I feel if you weren't a part of the clique, your days were numbered regardless of work performance, dedication and exceptional report with patients and vendors, etc.
Office / Work Environment
I was doing the job of many with little to no support. I developed a stutter, stomach issues as well as anxiety while working here. In my opinion, before I was terminated for no reason, I was tormented as well as made a mockery. I am starting to feel myself again a little more each day thankfully.
It is through my experience, I feel I didn' t have a healthy work-life balance while working here. I was doing the job of many with minimal to no help from upper management. I gave 110% every day in order to get the job done to ensure the smooth operation of business.

In my opinion, absolutely not.
Suggestions for improvement
- My suggestions and opinions would be to implement positive reinforcement as opposed to negative, fearful tactics. Treat your employees well and they in turn will be more productive and generate a good positive energy that will ultimately decrease the high turn over rate. I believe if you praise and take care of the employees who are essentially the backbone of the company, the results will be long term and will far outweigh the bad.
