upper management is great but they certainly don't know what happen on the main floors.
Support from management
Management is not professional including Supervisors. One tells you one thing and the another one tells you different.
no team work, everyone is out for them self, talking behind each others back on the team.
Management does not communicate to the staff , i hear things after the fact.
they don't treat people equal.
Attitude towards older colleagues
They certainly have no respect for older people they make them do more...
They do not develop you, it like a factory. same thing different day.
Overall compensation for your work
The money is not equal to the market.
This was bound to happen , got to big to fast. they why they need to SELL.
Their is no job security at FNFG!
Close to where I Live.
no not challenging, They treat you like a daycare. They do not speak to you like an adult.
Suggestions for improvement
- Train Management on the ground floor, more communications. Closed Lips about the employee's.Nothing is private there.
What I like about the company
Close to my house. I got a pay check.
What I dislike about the company
People Skills, Management on the ground floor needs to be more professional. I have worked at several banks before FNFG, never had the worst experience working for FNFG.
