Suggestions for improvement
- Management needs to be more visible and involved with their employees. There did not appear to be much engagement by management and employees in our Risk area appeared to have a "silo" mentality; i.e. many did not engage or communicate appropriately with others.
I dislike about the employer
I felt that the company was poorly organized. On the monthly calls with the CEO, he did not appear to have a good handle on the company's direction. Management was reclusive and did not communicate very much with employees.
