Support from management
The CEO is comes in late and goes home early. She puts on a good show for the board of directors but cares little about her coworkers and the inexperience and undertrained staff she manages.
Suggestions for improvement
- Keep loyal, dedicated people and treat them right. Have knowledgeable management that participates in day to day operations and doesn't delegate responsibility to incompetent people.
What I like about the company
i preferred the credit union atmosphere to that of a bank, more personal and you knew most of your members by name.
