Suggestions for improvement
- The number of temporary workers is staggering. The amount of money spent on hiring temps could be spent on retaining talent with institutional knowledge rather than turning temps over every few months.
What I like about the company
I was given a promotion and more autonomy in my current position.
What I dislike about the company
The pay is lower than market for such a successful company. They should consider how to retain employees.
