There is nepostism. Your work is not based on your performance. It is who you know. Unfortunately, The department I worked in was run poorly causing too much problems and less productivity. Too much turn overs, no one stays or they are let go. The upper management know they have a problem retaining employees.
Support from management
Poor. No support. The person I worked has a problem with narcissism. Being the department was performing poorly, she blamed the performance on her staff. She told her supervisors the staff is incompetent. I believe your staff is as good as who runs the department.
Due to the lack of leadership, there was no team work.

The person I worked for lack leadership and experience.
Office / Work Environment
The company as a whole, they put in place summer breaks. For example. half day on Friday during the summer.
There opportunity but it depends who you work for.
