Suggestions for improvement
- Company provides good direction for First Step Program. Company should look into expanding program and moving to a larger location.
What I like about the company
Interested in helping clients succeed and assist them in completing the program as comfortable as possible. Very client oriented.
What I dislike about the company
At the time of my employment, program director not involved with patients, avoided contact at times, created problems with staff. Food could be better. More office space needed. More activities for clients needed
