Probably not OSHA compliant, all are pushed to multi-task including answering cordless phone while operating a forklift.
Suggestions for improvement
- Don't ask employees to do extra and then tell them they can't ever have a raise. Pay should be performance based!

zero opportunity for advancement, and pay grade levels that provide a glass ceiling to ensure that you NEVER get a raise no matter how hard you work. 30 year old software.
