Management don't stick up for employees. They expect all your time with no compensation. The goals that are excepted or given are not realistic. Rules and prologue change from week to week to take the blame off them.
Instead of doing what is expected of the position, things are pushed on others. When told what needs to be done and shown how to do it, it still doesn't get done or is incorrect.
