Suggestions for improvement
- Re structure the company, have the owners take classes on how to manage employees and effectively speak and treat them. Create a safety policy that protects all of the employees especially for the employees that have to go out in the field and deal with difficult tenants. Offer a benefit package. They need to be a little more professional and trust their employees more.

What I dislike about the company
At your interview you are told that you will get certain benefits, you are asked if you have any children and how old are they, if they get sick who is going to take care of them. You are asked if you are married. All questions that may be illegal. Once you get hired you are subjected to yelling/screaming either at you or your co-workers on a daily basis, your are blamed for anything that goes wrong even if it is not your fault-it is determined on where you are standing at the time the episode happens. You and your co-workers are told how stupid you are and that everyone should be fired. There are no safety procedures in place - people are put in harms way on a daily basis. Favoritism runs rampant in the company. I was one of the favorites there, very often I along one other person would get paid for holidays when others would not. They offered no benefits, no sick pay, no holiday pay, no vacation, no lunch break, But plenty of stress,
