Friendly but spineless: brought the hammer down on the wrong people because it was easier.
Teamwork among newer contractors was discouraged by envious long time agents.
Level of Autonomy
Leads were stolen and personal lives were meddled with to the detriment of agents: a culture of which upper management was aware but did nothing truly concrete about.
Any true communication was one way.
