Support from management
Friendly but spineless: brought the hammer down on the wrong people because it was easier.
Teamwork among newer contractors was discouraged by envious long time agents.
Freedom to work independently
Leads were stolen and personal lives were meddled with to the detriment of agents: a culture of which upper management was aware but did nothing truly concrete about.
Any true communication was one way.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The older, small minded colleagues 'ran the roost' and made things miserable for anyone younger or of a diverse opinion.
Non existent: always felt any true career development was too much of a threat to the terminally entrenched local management and long time agents.
Overall compensation for your work
Office / Work Environment
Working conditions were good if you like the feeling of being spied on 24/7.
Local office culture was stuck in the small town (19)50's.
The larger public quietly knew of the negative way people were treated.
If you like your personal like manipulated and stalked then, yes, you were safe.
