Suggestions for improvement
- People who abuse the attendance policy should be dealt with instead of punishing the entire staff who adhere to it.
Also, it would be nice to get some type of Christmas bonus. I do not like Holiday parties but would prefer a concert instead. That type of event I would attend versus a semi formal party.
What I like about the company
I started with the company as a temp and enjoyed my role in cash application. As I got comfortable with the system and my job, I reached out to learn other cash functions so I n a pinch I could help out. As a result of doing my job, I was promoted to Sr. Cash Application Specialist almost a year ago.
I enjoy my job and do wish the pay and raises were better but I survive in the knowledge that my rewards for my work will come from above. I have been with the company as a full time employee 8 years after starting as a temp for 3 months in 2009.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove in people taking advantage of the company by abusing FMLA or always calling off with no repercussions. If I call off, it is known that I am really sick or had a family emergency.
