Support from management
Most management staff are very helpful and caring, but there are a few that just want to do as little work as possible and pass their work on to others. Some managers put too much work ontheir supporting staff.
All staff participates in a daily first call meeting, which helps the staff be on the same page, great team work. But I have some managers that do not communicate info to their staff and that brings down the team work.
Freedom to work independently
Yes, working independently is expected.
There are a few managers that don't communicate very well, but most do, and at my property the staff minus the managers communicated to keep the property running smoothly.
Office / Work Environment
Environment is good.
The amount of work, depending on position can be overwhelming.
