Suggestions for improvement
- The company should check on supervision more to make sure they're doing their job properly
The US Site does not consider Gender/Race important at all. I do see a mixture (while mostly male) of managers and employees in their support staff side. Their operations side is mostly male at the manager & higher side. The work itself isn't bad, and the people are great (from a support staffing perspective).
They are not open to salary increases beyond a very typical (like 3%) raise. If you do work here, you will most likely attempt to find another job after a year, if you are looking for a higher paying position. Just understand that moving up is not something that happens often, but does not differentiate Gender/race/sex-wise.
