Suggestions for improvement
- Cut out some of the repetition. Understand that seeing patients in-house is a full time job in itself, and most times follow-up cannot be completed on more than a few additional patients. Be more understanding when employees need time off for medical appointments or vacation time.
What I like about the company
I had a great supervisor, although she was busy/overwhelmed most times. The compensation and benefits were better than a lot of employers in the area.
