Position Management/executive staff
Employees who left or were laid off were not replaces, causing the remaining employees to work more hours to do the extra work. it was expected from management.
Support from Management
Management penalized me for taking FMLA short term disability for a necessary surgery. In addition, they then blamed me for their poor leadership and told me that "they didn't know if I would have made my goals" had I not been out. I had to have 3 surgeries in 18 months.
