Are you a Current or Former Employee? Former job since 2010
Culture was terrible. There was a lot of "Do as I say, not as I do" mentality from leadership and not much of an overall vision to unite the employees.
Support from Management
Leadership was disorganized at best, dishonest and selfish at worst. There were a few leaders who had the best intentions but the incompetence of their peers usually dwarfed their own efforts.
Co-workers are very supportive of each other in their constant battle with job-related stress.
