Suggestions for improvement
- They need to slow down on corporate restructuring and give employees and clients time to adjust. They need to refocus on customer service and not just internal issues.
I like about the employer
I do have the opportunity to work remotely. That is certainly nice. The do have good insurance and 401(k) plan.
I dislike about the employer
They are more concerned about internal Fiserv issues than their customers. They are in constant flux and change. It is a chaotic environment.
