Support from management
Middle management is a parking spot for long term sales people. Most managers are not good managers or likely to have ever managed others outside of the company. The managers who managed before they came to Fisher are very good.
Career Development is not good unless you are straight out of college. If you are an experienced employee you can move up but there is a turn waiting mentality that purports itself to be a meritocracy.
Company Image is exceptional among clients and bad among many former clients. No different than anywhere else in the finance industry.
No more or less than any other job. Company is financially stable but always concern about long term leadership changes.
Suggestions for improvement
- Better Management training. Clear predetermined employee career tracks. Diversity and Inclusion focus from C suite that will incorporate that component into the company culture.
