Suggestions for improvement
- With my former managers resignation, the work environment has improved.
One of the worst environments I’ve worked in. Multiple departments were filled with disgruntled employees. Employee turn around was very high. In the brief time I was there before quitting i saw so many people come and go and most would tell me first hand how unhappy they were and how that was the reason for them leaving.
This was the worst management team i have ever worked for in my 10 years of work, 5 of which has been within the industry. My immediate supervisors were disgruntled. One specifically was quite vocal and expressive of these feelings. She herself would say so many negative things about the company, the pay vs time worked there, the structure, the priorities, the management.... I could go on. Management was petty, mistreated employees, unfair and overall difficult to work with. I remember one team make constantly tell me how one of the managers always asked her to get her starbucks, rarely paid her back, and made her feel afraid to ever say no. If you got on someone’s bad side you would almost immediately feel and notice the consequences.
