Suggestions for improvement
- The company makes it VERY clear that they don't want suggestions for improvement or to address "problems". Everyone is expected to fall in line and yell "rah, rah...everything is great"! Those that criticize stupid policies are fired or leave the company. The number of good people leaving recently is ASTOUNDING, but "Management" continues to have their heads where the sun doesn't shine and refuses to make positive changes. Pathetic!
- Solicit employee suggestions and make changes!
- Bring in a seasoned "Management Consultant" and listen to his/her recommendations. The Company will NEVER consider or do that, but that's EXACTLY what they need to do!
I like about the employer
Not much! The company is poorly managed and run.
